Competitive Performance
Mapping System
Every athlete competes differently. Now you can see how.
CPMS helps coaches understand how each athlete competes, learns and leads. Each athlete completes the Competitive Performance Assessment once a year and gets three reports: one for the athlete, one for the parent and one for the head coach.
Where do you want to go?
Your own CPMS link was emailed to you and your parent or guardian when your program launched CPMS. Open it to pick your teams and start.
Your progress is saved, so you can finish in more than one sitting. When your report is ready, it is emailed to you.
Can't find your link? Ask your athletic director or program director.
Your athlete's link was emailed to you as well. When their assessment is done, you get your own Parent Report by email: how your athlete competes, and how to support them.
CPMS is offered through schools and clubs. To bring it to your athlete's program, talk with their athletic director or program director.
Head coaches: team dynamics for each level, and a Coach Report for every athlete on your team.
Athletic and program directors: upload your roster and coaches, launch CPMS, and follow completion.

Wouldn't it be nice, as a coach, to know how your players respond to pressure before pressure presents itself?
Every Coach Report shows the athlete's Pressure Response level, what it means, and a Coach Recommendation.
